360 Lacrosse was founded by Ryan Eichner.  Lacrosse players living in the Jersey Shore area were forced to drive to other areas of the state to receive a quality lacrosse education.  The goal was to help keep the the jersey shore players home and supply them with a quality education locally while keeping costs low.  In doing so, the sport of lacrosse can grow and prosper in this sport enriched area.  In only the 3rd year, 360 offers 5 summer teams stretching from current 5th grade to seniors in high school.  The high school elite team has quickly established itself.
